Published in Frost's Mountain Interval, the poem this quote is taken from is often used to show that the "road less traveled" can mean important things for the traveler. However, the poet admits earlier in the poem that the roads "Had worn them really about the same," and that the choice to take the road less traveled was one of future recollection, but of no less import.
