Don Adams was an American actor and comedian. He is best known for his role as Maxwell Smart in the comedy Get Smart, for which he also helped direct and write the script. For this role he has won three consecutive Emmy Awards. He has also done voice-overs for title characters in the animated series Inspector Gadget and Tennessee Tuxedo.
