F. Scott Fitzgerald Quote

F. Scott Fitzgerald

"It isn't given for us to know those rare moments when people are wide open and the lightest touch can wither or heal. A moment too late and we can never reach them any more in this world. They will not be cured by our most efficacious drugs or slain with our sharpest swords." F. Scott Fitzgerald

"I have build my organization upon fear."

Al Capone was one of the kingpins of mob rule in Chicago during the Prohibition era. His group operated smuggling, bootleg liquor and prostitution rings throughout the Midwest. Hs was considered by many to be a modern-day Robin Hood, contributing his ill gotten wealth to charities. He was also the mastermind of the famed Saint Valentines Day Massacre, which ended in the death of some of his biggest rivals. Oddly, he went to prison for tax evasion, not his nefarious crimes. He languished in Alcatraz, until illness led to his release in 1939. He died in 1947 in Palm Island, Florida
