Just A Pinch More

by

Why is it that I have fallen in love? For the second time and I waited to know for sure, I am sure. And now I will hold back to keep from getting into all that again. Even with the right one I will most likely ruin it without even knowing. How? I ask did I learn to get just what I want and nothing more. When did I become the most deserving and important? When did I decide that the world revolves around me and you all should have noticed by now! Very simply put, my world does revolve around me. I am put here for what purpose? Truly the answer lies in the question. The word "I" meaning, yourself. And the word "am" meaning, being, or alive or many others. The answer is- I am put here for the sole purpose of being. Being what? What ever it is that I am or will be. Simple? I think not... Put everything you have ever thought about yourself in a big ugly book. Now if you never had anyones praises or put downs or any other input from another human. What would you think about yourself? Would the world still revolve around you? Yes of course it would. Now lets say there was only 1 input from another human and it was an overbearing ego maniac that only showed you that the world revolved around him. Then would your world revolve around you? Some would argue that point to the end. Would it seem that you were part of his world? In any case the argument seems to end with the word " I " in it. This gives you an indication of how it turned out in my mind. So it is to say that you are here for only yourself and anything more is just what you give or take. Knowing this, is what you want still more important than what was? Take this to heart and know this is your world. Keep in mind that the person next to you is there for whom? For what they bring to you in yours? Be what you will and give what was given to you with just a pinch more. May we share this world till the end of time...
